Intro
Joe Neglia is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP), and
serves local and state-level political parties, civic
organizations, college committees, student clubs,
and professional and scientific organizations. He is president of
the Arizona State Association of Parliamentarians, and teaches
Robert's Rules of Order at every available opportunity.
Joe is also a registered Professional Engineer
("PE", Electrical Engineering). His
experience includes consulting for the National Science
foundation, Intel Corporation, Sperry Space Systems, and for
Honeywell Satellite Systems, where he developed firmware for the
Hubble Space Telescope system. Joe holds two U.S. Patents for his
work on the Strategic Defense Initiative, a Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an
MBA from Arizona State University. Joe has been president of his
Toastmasters chapter, achieved the Toastmasters CTM level, and is
a ham radio operator (KF7OBS). He lives in Tempe, Arizona, with
his beautiful wife of 30 years and two lovely daughters.
